Recruitment & Matching Process

Our end-to-end recruitment process is designed to deliver reliable, top-tier virtual assistants matched precisely to your business needs

Our Recruitment Process

The internal process may take approximately one (1) to seven (7) calendar days, depending on applicant and interviewer availability. Stages may be adjusted, shortened, extended, or skipped when necessary to keep the process efficient.

Phone Screening & Orientation

Applications are reviewed for qualifications, and the recruitment process is clearly explained.

Candidates are assessed for basic qualifications, work readiness, and alignment with Scale Up’s standards. Key expectations and the recruitment timeline are introduced before moving forward.

The initial interview focuses on experience, communication, and work fit, while the final interview evaluates technical skills, problem-solving, and commitment to long-term virtual assistance work.

Scale Up Interview

Passing the Scale Up Philippines Interview means you may be considered for endorsement to a client. It does not confirm an employment offer or guarantee that you will proceed to the next stage.

Qualified applicants may be endorsed to a client for consideration. Endorsement does not guarantee a client interview.

The client makes the final decision on which applicants to interview based on its current requirements and hiring needs. Requirements may also change, be placed on hold, or close during the recruitment process.

Client Endorsement & Interview

Applicants selected by the client will be invited for a Client Interview.

Interview schedules are subject to client availability and timelines.
Please remain reachable and responsive while your application is being considered.

Candidates stay active in Scale Up’s Talent Pool and are prioritized for future opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.

Talent Pool & Future Opportunities

Unmatched candidates remain in the Talent Pool for future opportunities.

Recruitment Timelines

For this reason, specific interview, hiring, or onboarding dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Final Hiring Decision
