We love our team in the Philippines. I think there are five members in the Philippines now and there are three of us based in Manchester, so it’s a nice split.We just trust the team completely. We’ve been working with Scale Up Philippines now for 2 years. We originally onboarded with them to outsource our customer service team. I was nervous and reluctant to do so, as we have a luxury UK brand. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our customer service scores went through the roof, there was obviously a significant saving on the bottom line due to the cost efficiencies of hiring overseas, and it was probably one of the best decisions that I made in 2024. It was an absolute game changer for the organization.

The entire scale up Philippines setup is superb from start to finish. Edupport has helped me a lot in life, especially now that I’m one of their scholars. We’ve only been their scholars for a few months, but they already treat us like family and like their own children. They give us motivation, and they’ve become our motivation especially when it comes to studying.

Edupport have been a big help to me and continues to be, especially as a student enrolled in an expensive course. They assist me with my expenses, particularly for school laboratory requirements and my daily commute. Edupport became our biggest blessing. The support covers my daily transportation, research expenses, printing and binding fees, and school supplies—so my single parent no longer has to stretch every peso or take on extra work just to keep me studying. Beyond the financial help, they check how I’m doing, encourage me, and make me feel I’m not carrying this alone. Now I can focus fully on my lessons, give my best to my research, and attend all my classes without constant worry.

I didn't feel pressured being an Edduport scholar. Everybody was so kind and understanding, and though there are certain requirements to retain my scholarship, it wasn't as tight and suffocating as I thought it would be. The environment here is warm, and I'm just so grateful that's the case. To those who support and watch over Edduport, I can guarantee that this is a great environment.

Edupport changed the way I see hope. So now, I will do my best to finish college as a pay back for their sincere support. When I get a chance to speak to the supporters of Edupport, I will thank them from the bottom of my heart, their kindness is a blessing to others, and I hope that the kindness they give will bring back more blessings to them.
