We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent support and create positive customer experiences across our online platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with orders, appointments, concerns, and general questions
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and brand experience
  • Monitor messages and ensure prompt follow-ups
  • Help manage customer feedback and escalate concerns when needed
  • Support day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
