Job Description
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with an established UK-based property management and hospitality brand to hire a Client Services & Revenue Support Assistant. The business manages a portfolio of short-let and long-let residential properties on behalf of landlords and investors, covering marketing and listings, guest experience, compliance, and revenue optimisation.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Philippine office, working aligned to UK business hours. You’ll sit within a supported team environment with reliable infrastructure, direct supervision, and immediate access to colleagues while working day-to-day with the client’s commercial team overseas.
At its core, this role requires strong data input, data process management, and data analytics skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large amounts of operational and commercial data, maintaining accurate records, managing data workflows, and interpreting information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. AI tools will be used extensively to support and improve these activities, so we are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking who can use AI effectively, validate its outputs, and apply sound judgement. Good written English and the ability to communicate professionally with property owners, guests, and the wider commercial team are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Services Support
- Act as a responsive first point of contact for property owner and guest enquiries via email, portal, and messaging channels.
- Resolve routine queries independently and escalate complex issues with clear, complete handover notes.
- Maintain a high standard of written communication that reflects a premium hospitality brand.
Property Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace across the managed portfolio.
- Build and issue recurring owner and internal performance reports on schedule.
- Spot trends, anomalies, and underperforming listings, and flag them with a recommendation — not just a number.
- Analyse operational and commercial data using spreadsheets and AI-assisted tools to identify patterns, inconsistencies, performance gaps, and actionable insights. Validate data and AI-generated outputs before using them in reports or making recommendations.
OTA Management & Listings
- Create, optimise, and maintain listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, and property portals).
- Keep content, imagery, amenities, pricing rules, and calendars accurate and synced across all channels.
- Monitor listing health, ranking, reviews, and platform compliance; action platform updates as they roll out.
Direct Booking Website
- Load and maintain property listings on the direct booking site, ensuring parity with OTA content and rates.
- Support conversion improvements through accurate descriptions, imagery, and availability.
Revenue Management Administrative Support
- Implement rate changes, minimum-stay rules, seasonal adjustments, and promotional pricing as directed by the revenue lead.
- Prepare competitor and market rate comparisons to support pricing decisions.
- Maintain pricing trackers and audit for errors before they reach the market.
General Commercial Administration
- Keep CRM, PMS, and internal trackers clean, current, and reliable.
- Support onboarding of new properties, including data setup and documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day commercial admin and process improvements across the team.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support data entry, data processing, reporting, research, and routine administrative workflows, while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and quality control.
Qualifications:
Required
- 2+ years in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, travel, or e-commerce operations support.
- Hands-on experience with a property management system (Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, or similar) and OTA extranets.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, and the confidence to build a clean report from raw data.
- Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable communicating directly with UK-based clients and international guests.
- Exceptional attention to detail. In this role, a wrong rate or an unsynced calendar costs real money.
- Willing and able to work full-time onsite and commit to a UK-aligned shift.
- Residing within reasonable commuting distance of the office, or open to relocating.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, recognise patterns, and draw practical conclusions rather than simply enter or compile information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data input, data processing, record accuracy, and structured workflows, with confidence using spreadsheets to organise, validate, and analyse operational data.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support data-related tasks and administrative workflows, with the judgement to verify outputs, identify errors, and ensure the final work is accurate and reliable.
Advantageous
- Exposure to revenue management or dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond).
- Experience with UK short-let or lettings compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM or task platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or HubSpot.
- Basic CMS or WordPress experience for direct booking site updates.
