Job Description
Scale Up Philippines partners with growing international businesses to build dedicated offshore teams that operate as an extension of their core team. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support one of our clients. A fast-scaling B2B technology company in executing marketing campaigns, producing content, and supporting customer/prospect communication as the business scales. This is not a generic task-execution role; we’re looking for someone who understands the business, contributes ideas, and grows into a more customer-facing capacity over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, content, etc.)
- Support content creation such as case studies, product marketing materials, social posts, email copy
- Conduct business and market research to inform marketing and messaging decisions
- Support customer and prospect communication (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
- Take on customer-facing responsibilities as the role develops (e.g., responding to inbound inquiries, light account support)
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Specialist to align marketing and outreach efforts
- Provide insights on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends back to the business.
Qualifications:
- Industry experience is a must.
- Proven background in digital marketing execution specifically within Tech, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, content, or campaign support role
- Comfortable working toward measurable targets and owning results
- Strong written English communication skills where you able to write clearly and persuasively for a B2B tech audience
- Familiarity with marketing/content tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, CRM platforms)
- Comfortable eventually taking on customer-facing communication, not purely behind-the-scenes execution
- Ability to understand a client’s business and speak intelligently about it (not just follow a brief)
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with a fast-scaling international tech company.
