Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Tech & IT Support team member to assist with basic technical support, website updates, and troubleshooting tasks.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools, websites, and online systems in a remote work environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide basic IT and technical assistance
  • Assist with website updates and content changes
  • Troubleshoot minor technical and system-related issues
  • Support digital tools, software, and online platforms
  • Help manage user access, accounts, and setup tasks
  • Maintain organized technical documentation and workflows
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve technical concerns efficiently
What We’re Looking For
  • Basic knowledge of websites, online tools, and IT support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and systems
  • Able to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Previous tech support or website management experience is a plus
