Scale Up Philippines is looking for an Onboarding Software Technician to support a fast-growing healthcare technology company. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless client experience—from onboarding to successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end software onboarding projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
- Troubleshoot issues, configure systems, and optimize workflows
- Work with EMRs, SaaS platforms, and third-party integrations
