We’re looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support or customer service roles
- Experience in online platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, or the travel industry is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with upselling and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Zendesk or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
