Job Description
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a UK-based thought leader and coach in the Customer Success industry to hire a Marketing & Content Support Virtual Assistant. This role offers the chance to support a growing personal brand built around speaking engagements, coaching, and a well-established podcast — with real opportunity to shape how content reaches and grows the audience.
You’ll play a key part in managing podcast production, repurposing content across channels, running email marketing campaigns, and keeping day-to-day admin and social media running smoothly — giving our client more time to focus on coaching clients and high-value speaking work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Management & Editing: Edit and produce podcast episodes, manage guest scheduling/coordination, and ensure timely publishing.
- Content Repurposing: Turn podcast episodes into other content formats — newsletter features, social media posts, short clips, and blog-style write-ups.
- Newsletter Management: Draft, format, and send regular newsletters, keeping content aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns (e.g., via Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar), including list segmentation and performance tracking.
- Social Media Support: Schedule and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and support community engagement.
- General Admin Support: Manage calendar/scheduling for speaking engagements and coaching sessions, handle inbox support, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with podcast editing/production tools (e.g., Descript, Adobe Audition, or similar).
- Strong content repurposing skills — able to turn long-form audio/video into multiple content pieces.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar) and newsletter tools.
- Comfortable managing social media scheduling and light community engagement.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to brand voice and tone.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a solo entrepreneur/founder.
- Experience supporting coaches, speakers, or personal brands is a strong plus.
