Job Description
Scale-Up Philippines is partnering with a multi-award-winning technology company to hire a talented Graphic and Web Designer. This is a fully remote role where you’ll design, build, and maintain websites while creating innovative visual assets for a growing client base. You’ll be part of a dynamic, creative team that values pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a UK-based technology company specializing in mobile apps, websites, SEO, and content services. With over 200 resellers worldwide, the organization is looking for a creative professional who can deliver stunning website designs, customize themes, and provide world-class customer support. You’ll collaborate with developers, understand client needs deeply, and stay ahead of design trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive, client-tailored websites
- Develop and customize outstanding website themes (WordPress, Drupal, Duda)
- Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, Zoom, and email
- Create visually compelling graphic design assets including logos, website graphics, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with external developers to deliver high-quality projects
- Maintain effective communication from initial brief through proposal presentation and feedback
- Understand target audiences and develop innovative ways to engage them through creative design
- Stay updated on industry standards, emerging trends, and technological advancements
Required Experience:
- 3–4 years of professional web design and graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous web design and graphic design projects
- Proficiency in WordPress, Drupal, or Duda (Duda experience is a strong plus)
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS)
- Experience providing technical support
- IT degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills
- Strong ability to conceptualize ideas and present them effectively to stakeholders
- Proven experience across all phases of the design process (ideation, visualization, final artwork)
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment
- Passionate about creative challenges with an exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (desirable)
