Job Description
Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a global enterprise digital transformation company to find an exceptional Content Writer who will serve as the editorial and creative voice of the organisation across all digital channels worldwide.
This is a high-output, B2B-specialist writing role — not a generalist content position. You’ll produce content that drives demand generation, elevates thought leadership, enables the sales team, and builds executive presence across AMER and EMEA territories, with APAC expansion built into future planning. If you write with precision, understand enterprise buyers, and can shift tone seamlessly across industries and regions — this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, and long-form guides targeting HR Technology and L&D decision-makers across global markets.
- Write webinar scripts, landing page copy, and post-event recap content for webinars and office hours sessions.
- Develop email campaign copy for HubSpot nurture sequences and outbound SDR cadences.
- Create gated content assets such as whitepapers, migration readiness checklists, and industry guides.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and long-form thought leadership content for senior executives, capturing their voice and positioning them as industry authorities.
- Build and maintain the company’s LinkedIn content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and audience engagement.
- Write short-form content for tips & tricks campaigns, office hours promotions, and social media.
- Develop SDR-ready sales enablement assets including one-pagers, battlecards, and discovery call guides.
- Write client-facing collateral including case studies, capability decks, and proposal templates.
- Adapt content tone and messaging for diverse regional audiences across AMER, UK, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, GCC, and APAC.
Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of experience in B2B content writing, copywriting, or executive ghostwriting.
- Exceptional English writing, grammar, and editorial judgement — your work is publish-ready with minimal revision.
- Proven track record producing LinkedIn thought leadership and executive ghostwriting content that generates engagement and builds authority.
- Strong understanding of B2B content strategy, buyer journey mapping, and SEO fundamentals.
- Versatile writing experience spanning blogs, email campaigns, social posts, webinar scripts, and sales collateral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS or equivalent content management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper — used to enhance, not replace, your craft.
- Proficiency with editorial workflow tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway, or Notion.
